About the course

Our Passive Radar course is the only technical course of its kind supporting the growing passive radar market and offering the opportunity for engineers to upskill their knowledge.

We’re seeing a rise in the use of passive radars for both military and commercial surveillance due to affordability, ease of use and their environmentally friendly nature. Research shows that the passive radar market is set to grow $4.31 billion (approx. £3.294 billion) by 2030.

This suggests that within 5-10 years, passive radar systems will likely be in a prime state with fully fielded systems in place over 1-15 years.

Our live virtual course offers delegates an introduction to the fundamentals of passive radar through interactive sessions with leading experts in the field, and will include industry examples and case studies to solidify understanding.

Over two days, trainers will cover topics including advanced signal processing for passive radar, Passive SAR/ISAR imaging and passive detection and location.

Who is the course for?

This course is ideal for engineers of all levels, as well as engineers who are looking for a refresher course. Whether that’s entry level engineering interns and apprentices, new graduates, junior engineers or more experienced engineers like chief engineering officers, engineering executives, or engineering managers, software engineers and engineering technicians.

The technical programme provides engineers of any level with the concepts, theory, practice, and techniques and provides a deeper understanding of the field of passive radar.
